User Experience & Interface Designer/Developer

Our company is looking for a talented user experience and interface designer/developer that doesn’t believe in the current barriers of the web. We are looking for someone who thinks and designs out of the box and is interested in pushing the web and its users outside of their comfort zones.
We are looking for someone who has an extensive portfolio of live examples of their work and someone who is available immediately to begin on our project.
This person should be very familiar with the the google maps interface and understand its underlying platform and constraints.
The success of this design will be measured on its ability to evoke emotion, convey our message quickly and concisely, and create an atmosphere and experience for our end users that is appealing and addictive.
We are looking for a collaborator on this project, not a slave. Please come to the table with ideas, they will be heard!
